100% Remote Contract Opportunity. Hiring : MarTech App Support Analyst. We are looking for a MarTech App Support Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in supporting the Insider tech stack and various MarTech technologies. The position operates in the Australia time zone (04:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST). Key Responsibilities : - Provide hands-on support for web content and functional issues. - Analyze logs to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. - Collaborate with developers and vendors for complex issue resolution. - Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing internal and external customer interactions. - Utilize strong problem-solving and customer service skills to support business functions. - Influence outcomes through effective communication and analytical thinking. - Work with Incident Management systems and monitoring tools like New Relic, Pingdom, and Google Analytics. - Utilize collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack. Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the Insider tech stack. - Experience in MarTech support and troubleshooting. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under limited supervision. - Strong communication, analytical, and consulting skills. - Experience working in a retail business is a plus.
