Role Overview : We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong background in software development, architecture, and cloud technologies. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications while mentoring teams and influencing technology decisions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of complex, high-scale software solutions. - Architect and implement solutions using Java/Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including design patterns and DevOps principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Drive cloud adoption strategies, with a preference for Azure. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects. - Optimize system performance, security, and scalability. Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6 years of experience in software development. - Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex projects. - Strong programming skills in Java/Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript. - Expertise in software architecture and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
