Job Description : We are currently looking to hire SAP Public Grant Consultant - S/4HANA Migration Consultant to support our S/4HANA migration project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Grants Management, strong knowledge of public sector processes, and hands-on experience in S/4HANA migration projects. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP Public Grants Management solutions aligned with the organization's business goals. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Configuration : - Analyze business requirements and design SAP Public Grants Management (GM) solutions to meet functional and compliance needs. - Configure SAP GM modules, including master data, grantor/grantee management, budgeting, funds integration, and reporting. Migration Activities : - Assist in the migration of existing ECC grants management processes to SAP S/4HANA. - Provide expertise in data conversion and ensure the integrity of grant-related data during the transition. - Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to address S/4HANA-specific changes in functionality. Collaboration : - Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project Systems teams to ensure seamless integration of grants management processes. - Partner with technical teams to enable custom developments, enhancements, or interfaces as needed. Documentation & Training : - Prepare functional documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals. - Deliver training to end-users and provide post-go-live support. Required Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - SAP Certifications in Grants Management and/or S/4HANA Finance are preferred. Experience : - 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Grants Management in public sector projects. - Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including system conversions or greenfield implementations. - Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, FM (Funds Management), and PSM (Public Sector Management). Skills : - Strong understanding of public sector grant processes, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. - Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations, including Fiori apps and SAP HANA capabilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. - Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for potential custom developments or integrations.
