Solution Architect - SAP SD Module

We are currently looking to hire a SAP SD Solution Architect. Experience : 15 years. Notice period : Immediate-15 days. Essential Functions : - Lead the delivery of SAP SD module - Projects & system enhancements. - End user support services. - System upgrades, migrations & implementation of new functions & features. - Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives, and deliverables. - Monitor work progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed for SD/LE area. - Build and maintain strong relationships with users and other stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value. - Be the primary contact for end users and other stake holders on delivery in SD/LE domain. - Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in SD/LE area. - Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices. - Lead requirements' definition and convert requirements into program specifications and necessary system documentation. - Configuration and implementation of the following SAP modules based on business requirements: order to cash, sales & distribution, customer service, logistics execution. - Application support, facilitate changes, respond to tickets, and train end users. - Aid in the management of third-party vendors. - Provide support to management regarding strategy and roadmap planning. Basic Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus. - Minimum of 10 years of experience or 2 full implementation cycles in the S/4 modules listed below (or ECC equivalent) : 1. S/4 HANA SD or ECC Equivalent. 2. S/4 HANA LE or ECC Equivalent. - Proven track record in configuring and customizing S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution, Logistics Execution management functions. - Familiarity of the underlying technical underpinnings of SAP. - Knowledge and understanding of the following end to end business processes: Sales, Customer Service and Order Management, Order to Cash, Logistics and Distribution. - In-depth understanding of SAP SD capabilities including standard order processing, ATP, scheduling agreements, delivery, billing, pricing, intercompany party sales, rebates, customer returns, material determination, account determination, and credit/debit memo processing. - Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including the modules SD, LE is required. - Understanding of the interaction of SD and LE processes with other business processes and SAP modules (mainly FICO, MM, EWM, PP, QM and IBP). - Significant experience in leveraging full capabilities of SAP core functionalities to keep customizations to minimum. - Experience in complex SAP environments. - Integration Experience with 3PL, TMS, Customer Management portal etc. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence business users, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. - Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to Lindt business. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Experience with omnichannel, e-commerce platforms and third party logistics is desired. - Flexibility to travel as needed to various company locations.
