Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities : - Project Leadership : Lead high-performing cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex tech projects. - Project Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product managers, to drive project success. - Project Delivery : Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. - Communication & Reporting : Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and solutions. - Software Development Expertise : Leverage your strong background in software development to understand technical requirements and guide development teams. - Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution. - Resource Management : Effectively manage project resources, ensuring optimal utilization. Required Skills & Experience : - 8 years of proven experience as a Tech Project Manager in a software development environment. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Excellent project planning, execution, and monitoring skills. - Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). - A strong technical background is a must.
