Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JD Edwards Distribution Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 to support, optimize, and enhance our distribution modules. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams and IT colleagues to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of the JD Edwards system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of distribution processes, a proven track record of working with JD Edwards E1 9.2, and the ability to contribute to application upgrades and enhancements. Responsibilities : - JD Edwards Distribution Module Expertise : Provide expert-level support and guidance for all JD Edwards distribution module functions, including but not limited to inventory management, sales order processing, purchasing, and advanced pricing. - Application Support and Optimization : Troubleshoot and resolve complex JD Edwards distribution module issues, ensuring system stability and performance. - User Support and Training : Provide comprehensive user support and training on JD Edwards E1 9.2 distribution functionalities. - Process Improvement : Analyze existing distribution processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains within the JD Edwards system. - Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional business teams (e.g., supply chain, sales, finance) and IT colleagues to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Application Upgrades : Participate in JD Edwards application upgrades, including testing, validation, and implementation. - Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of JD Edwards distribution module configurations, processes, and procedures. - Requirement Gathering : Gather and document business requirements for JD Edwards distribution module enhancements and customizations. Must Have Skills and Experience : - Extensive JD Edwards Application knowledge across all distribution module functions. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 application and user tools. - Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting JD Edwards distribution modules. - Experience working with cross functional business teams as well as IT function colleagues. - Experience with JD Edwards application upgrades. Nice to Have Skills : - Knowledge of JD Edwards User Experience (UX) functions. Qualifications : - Extensive JD Edwards Application knowledge across all distribution module functions. - 5 years of experience working with JD Edwards E1 9.2 application and user tools. - Experience working with cross functional business teams as well as IT function colleagues. - Experience with JD Edwards application upgrades. - A plus would be knowledge of JD Edwards User Experience (UX) functions.
