Senior Implementation Engineer

Location : Hyderabad Experience : 5 years Shift type : Rotational Job Summary : The Sr.Implementation Engineer is a key member of the Technical Services Team, responsible for providing software consultation, implementation, and advanced technical support for T-System solutions. This role involves technical leadership for global client support and technical services teams, ensuring successful deployments and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities : - Provide software consultation, implementation, and advanced technical support for T-System customers. - Lead and train global client support and technical services teams. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including tier-3 production escalations and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet technical project deadlines and ensure smooth installations and upgrades. - Handle high-priority technical issues and manage client communication effectively. - Maintain and improve internal technical documentation. - Participate in an on-call rotation to support client needs. - Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and company regulations. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5 years of experience in software deployment, consultation, and advanced technical support. - Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft technologies. - Expertise in SQL Server (2014, 2017, 2019, 2022), including writing and troubleshooting queries. - Experience with .NET, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Active Directory, SaaS, Citrix, VPN, networking, HL7, Python, and Azure. - Experience supporting Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022). - Proven ability to manage and resolve technical escalations and client communications. - Strong customer service, communication, time management, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with US-based clients. - Healthcare IT experience. Other Requirements : - Ability to work in an on-call rotation and manage overflow support calls. - Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
