SEW.AI - Senior/Lead Product Engineer - .Net Technologies

SUMMARY : Role : Sr. Product Engineer - .Net will be part of an agile Product Engineering / Development team, building and working on cutting edge cloud / mobile customer and enterprise software systems on top of the Microsoft NET development stack. Looking for someone who has experience working in a fast pace product / project environment and who has handled different deliverable and due date at the same time. Candidate must be able to handle multi-tasking and have strong, clear and good communication skills. Candidate must be driven and able to independently work with little guidance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Work with product engineering team and manager to capture and write product functional / business requirements and turn them into technical specification for development team - Must be able to manage and push product engineering and development team to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met - Able to work with R&D teams on new technologies like Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning and IOT - Work and lead product engineering / development efforts towards successful product delivery - Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits - Must be able to manage and collaborate with QA, developers and offshore developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile web and desktop-based applications - Participate in peer-reviews of solution design and related code - Package and support deployment of releases - Develop, refine, and tune integrations between : - Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to C#, ASP .Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2008/2012, and Entity Framework - Experience with XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and TFS Source Control - 5 years of experience working as .Net Developer - Proficient with Microsoft .Net 3.5 development using C# - Experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC3, EF, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and CSS - Experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, LINQ, and EF - Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL, and ORM technologies - Experience designing and developing enterprise grade software - Experience with source control management systems and deployment environment - Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization - Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories - Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment - Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders - Experience with user interface design and prototyping PERKS SEW FAMILY : - Be a member of an exceptional team - were growing and your career and opportunities with us will, too - Rich suite of benefit plans - Employee premiums paid. - Generous Paid Time Off plan. - Retirement savings - 401k plan with a Company match. - Beautiful Irvine /Newport Beach office in a great location, with stunning views. - Conveniently located close to public transportation. - Open, transparent culture that includes weekly All Hands meetings, Lunch-and-Learns, all-company offsite, etc. - Commuter and Parking monthly subsidy. - Access to corporate gym membership rates and other discounts and employee perks (ref:hirist.tech)
