Job Description

Join an FMCG team as a Senior Customer Service Rep in the Western Cape This role involves organising customer forecasts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring customers are updated about their orders and deliveries. It requires working with Warehouse and Distribution teams to keep sales orders current, finalise picking plans, and align them with delivery schedules. Youll also liaise with customer service teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate sales orders to reduce returns and credits, managing pricing, achieving sales targets, and controlling inbound logistics and distribution costs. Minimum requirements include Matric and a Supply Chain diploma/degree or equivalent qualification, along with 2-3 years experience in an FMCG field. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems like Syspro or SAP is also necessary.
