Surf Shop Assistant | Barista

Job Description: As a Surf Shop Assistant and Barista, you will be responsible for: - Customer Service: Greeting customers with a smile, assisting them with their surfing needs, and providing excellent service. - Sales: Helping customers find the perfect surf gear, and processing transactions. - Barista Duties: Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring high-quality standards - advantageous. - Shop Maintenance: Keeping the shop clean and organized, restocking shelves. - Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Requirements: - Passion for Surfing: Knowledge of surfing and surf gear is a plus. - Barista Experience: Previous experience in a café or coffee shop is advantageous. - Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries with ease. - Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. - Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
