Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing complex 3D visualization software projects, ensuring successful delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a talented team. Responsibilities : - Develop a detailed understanding of client expectations and requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. - Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction. - Represent nCircle Tech with a customer-centric philosophy. - Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Effectively handle project status reporting and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Drive the team towards success by coordinating tasks, resolving queries, and managing conflicts. - Review project progress diligently with the team and client. - Identify and mitigate risks involved in project execution, and report them to the CEO. - Tighten project scope and manage project dependencies. - Develop and implement systems and processes to track project progress. - Forecast effort, cost, timelines, and scheduling for technology projects. - Respond to market and business changes that affect the project. - Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Coach and groom team members to consistently deliver better results. - Demonstrate team organization and governance. - Set priorities for self and the team. - Determine appropriate measures for self and others to achieve project goals. - Handle mid-size teams and manage multiple international clients simultaneously. - Assist in business growth initiatives. - Provide recruitment support, including candidate assessment for required positions. - Understand industry trends and their impact on business. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement : - (Preferably) Utilize a background in Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Analyze metrics to track progress towards project goals. Requirements : Technical Skills : - Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.) - Knowledge of version control systems (Git). - Understanding of 3D visualization software concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with CAD and BIM software and workflows. - Knowledge of API integrations and web services. - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Technical Understanding : - Good understanding of technical projects, particularly in software development and 3D visualization. - Ability to understand and manage complex technical requirements. Project Management Skills : - Proven experience in managing software development projects. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and forecasting skills. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle setbacks. Client Relationship & Communication Skills : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent presentation skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and stakeholders. Leadership & Team Management : - Experience in leading and managing mid-size teams. - Ability to coach and mentor team members. - Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and drive team success.
