Field Sales Manager

Our client is looking for a Field Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, manage large teams, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and experience in a customer-facing retail or FMCG environment. Responsibilities Manage and execute promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement. Ensure operational excellence through proactive planning and execution. Lead and manage a large sales team, providing guidance and performance oversight. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets efficiently. Monitor market trends, new innovations, and competitor activities. Provide business insights to enhance execution and decision-making. Control expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. Engage with key stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships. Ensure in-store compliance and achievement of point-of-purchase (POP) objectives. Fluent in Afrikaans. Own reliable vehicle. Qualifications 3-5 years of sales experience in an FMCG or retail environment at a managerial or supervisory level.
