Job Summary : The Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in big data and analytics to provide valuable insights to the business. This role involves designing and developing analytical dashboards and reports, conducting recurring and ad hoc analyses, and working with various data sources to uncover trends and patterns. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, along with a solid understanding of data analysis methodologies. Responsibilities : - Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using MS Power BI (Mandatory), Oracle, or Tableau. - Conduct recurring and ad hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and actionable information. - Analyze complex datasets to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analytical processes and reports. - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Optimize dashboard performance and usability. - Implement data visualization best practices to effectively communicate key insights. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data and dashboard functionality. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse. - Ensure data integrity and quality through data validation and cleansing. - Collaborate with data engineers to improve data infrastructure and processes. - Present data-driven insights to business users and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide relevant insights. - Support business process improvement initiatives through data analysis and recommendations. - Participate in projects involving data analysis, software development, or business process improvement. - Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Required Skills & Experience : Technical Skills : - Minimum 5 years of experience in projects involving data analysis, software development, or business process improvement. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing analytical dashboards and reports using MS Power BI (Mandatory). - Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle). - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). - Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. - Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
