Job Description : Sr. Business Analyst, Salesforce. Experience : 4 yrs. Location : Noida. Summary : As a member of the business consulting team at SaasWorx, successful applicant will collaborate with business and technology groups stakeholders to deliver outcome-based Salesforce solutions. Applicant will be working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and challenges, provide guidance, drive innovation, design effective functional solutions, and revolutionize their technological framework by utilizing Salesforce platform. Responsibilities : - Plan and execute discovery workshops to understand clients' business processes, business needs and challenges. - Clearly capture process flows, business requirements, pain points, and desired features. - Serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. - Work on RFP and pre-sales activities. - Solve business challenges by ideating innovative solutions while keeping platform standard features and best practices in consideration. - Work with functional team to build, develop, and test platform applications. - Work with client stakeholders to build and confidently present solution presentations, wireframes, and system demonstration. - Own responsibility for completion and accuracy of project tasks. - Lead multiple projects concurrently. - Work as a team-player by extending help where needed and sharing experience and skill knowledge for holistic team development. - Be self-motivated, flexible and takes initiative. Skills Requirement : - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce - Business Analyst. - Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience. - Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple pre-sales and/or implementation projects. - Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. - Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material. - Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills. - Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud is a must. - Add on knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred. - Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals. - Good understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models. - Must be a self-motivated, self-starter team player and leader. - Applicants with 2 or more Salesforce certifications will be preferred.
