What are we looking for : We are seeking an experienced and innovative Golang Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the parts of web applications that users interact with directly. Job Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Go (Golang). - Build and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps) to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. - Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems. - Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploy applications in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Behavioral Competencies : - Must have worked with US/Europe-based clients in onsite/offshore delivery models. - Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills. - Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management, and internal/external stakeholder management skills. - Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter, and team player. - Should have experience working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure (ref:hirist.tech)
