CRM Consultant

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Dynamics CRM solutions to meet our business needs. You will leverage your extensive experience to customize, configure, and extend Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, strong development skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities : Dynamics CRM Development and Customization : - Design, develop, and implement custom Dynamics CRM solutions using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies. - Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, and business rules. - Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend Dynamics CRM functionality. - Create and maintain custom web resources and client-side scripts. Dynamics CRM Configuration and Administration : - Configure and manage Dynamics CRM environments, including security roles, user permissions, and data management. - Perform system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. - Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics CRM issues and errors. - Ensure data integrity and security within Dynamics CRM. Integration and Data Management : - Design and implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems. - Develop and manage data migration and integration processes. - Work with data integration tools and technologies (e., SSIS, Azure Data Factory). - Ensure data quality and consistency across systems. Solution Design and Architecture : - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Develop technical specifications and documentation. - Design and implement scalable and maintainable Dynamics CRM architectures. - Provide technical guidance and support to other developers. Testing and Quality Assurance : - Develop and execute test plans for Dynamics CRM customizations and integrations. - Perform unit, integration, and system testing. - Ensure the quality and reliability of Dynamics CRM solutions. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices. Continuous Learning : - Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics CRM technologies and trends. - Research and evaluate new tools and technologies. - Participate in training and professional development activities. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : - 7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development. - Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM. - Strong experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies. - Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK and web services. - Experience with data integration and migration. Technical Skills : - Expert knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture and development. - Strong programming skills in JavaScript, C#, and .NET. - Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK and web services. - Knowledge of SQL Server and database management. - Experience with data integration tools and technologies. - Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, XML). - Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and Dynamics 365. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
