Job Title : Technical Project Manager Experience : 8-15 Years Location : Mumbai Industry : IT Banking Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end project management for banking technology projects from initiation to deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams, and vendors, to define project scope and deliverables. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to banking compliance, security, and regulatory requirements in all technical projects. - Oversee software development and IT infrastructure implementation for banking applications. - Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to drive successful project execution. - Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and communication with senior management and clients. - Ensure efficient resource allocation, vendor management, and third-party integrations. - Drive agile methodologies and best practices for DevOps, cloud computing, and digital banking solutions. - Identify and address technical risks, dependencies, and challenges to ensure smooth project delivery. Required Skills & Experience : - 8-15 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on banking technology projects. - Proven expertise in managing core banking, digital banking, payment systems, and financial applications. - Strong knowledge of banking domain regulations, compliance, and cybersecurity. - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. - Hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), API integrations, and DevOps practices. - Technical understanding of Java, .NET, SQL, Microservices, and enterprise architecture. - Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
