Lead Technical Consultant

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Technical Consultant to spearhead our technical consulting projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance to clients, leading project teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive client success and contribute to the growth of our consulting practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and client-facing experience. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership & Project Delivery : - Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex solutions tailored to client needs. - Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing potential challenges. - Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables. Client Relationship Management & Consultation : - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. - Conduct in-depth technical assessments and requirements gathering sessions. - Provide expert technical advice and recommendations to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives. - Present technical proposals and solutions to clients, effectively communicating complex concepts. - Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Solution Architecture & Design : - Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools. - Develop detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. - Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Team Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : - Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their technical and professional growth. - Lead technical knowledge sharing sessions and workshops. - Contribute to the development of internal training materials and best practices documentation. - Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment. Pre-Sales & Business Development Support : - Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and presentations. - Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for potential clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts. - Contribute to the development of service offerings and market research. Continuous Improvement & Innovation : - Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in relevant domains. - Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies and processes. - Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and service offerings. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : - 4 years of progressive experience in technical consulting or a related field. - Proven track record of leading successful technical projects and delivering high-quality solutions. - Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and technical consultation. - Experience with pre-sales activities and business development. Technical Skills : - Expert-level knowledge in relevant technologies and domains (e.g, cloud computing, data analytics, software development, cybersecurity). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture patterns, and design principles. - Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools. - Experience with database management, system integration, and API development. - Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Soft Skills : - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent client-facing skills and business acumen. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
