Lead Consultant - Artificial Intelligence Engineering

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Consultant - AI Engineer to drive the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions for our clients. In this role, you will lead AI projects, provide expert guidance, and mentor a team of AI engineers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex AI models, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations, and driving continuous improvement in our AI consulting practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading successful AI projects. Responsibilities : AI Project Leadership & Delivery : - Lead the technical aspects of AI consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. - Define project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project risks. - Coordinate AI engineering resources and ensure effective collaboration across teams. - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. AI Solution Design and Implementation : - Design and implement complex AI models, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. - Develop technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. - Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. - Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality assurance of AI models and applications. Client Relationship Management & Consultation : - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust. - Understand client business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions. - Provide expert technical advice and guidance on AI strategies and implementations. - Conduct client workshops, presentations, and training sessions on AI technologies. - Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction. AI Team Mentoring and Leadership : - Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, providing technical expertise and career development support. - Lead technical discussions and knowledge sharing sessions on AI technologies. - Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Contribute to the development of internal training materials and best practices. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Pre-Sales and Business Development : - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in the AI space. - Contribute to the development of AI service offerings and marketing materials. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging AI technologies. Research and Innovation : - Conduct research and development in emerging AI technologies and methodologies. - Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and frameworks into client solutions. - Contribute to the development of intellectual property and patents. - Publish research papers and present at industry conferences. Ethical AI and Compliance : - Ensure AI solutions are developed and implemented ethically and responsibly. - Adhere to relevant data privacy and security regulations. - Implement bias detection and mitigation techniques in AI models. - Advocate for responsible AI practices within the organization and with clients. Qualifications : Education : - Master's or Ph.in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience : - 12 years of experience in AI engineering and consulting. - Proven experience leading AI projects and managing client relationships. - Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision. - Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI development and deployment. Technical Skills : - Expert-level knowledge in relevant AI technologies and domains. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing techniques. - Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages. - Experience with data engineering and data warehousing. - Knowledge of AI ethics and compliance standards. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Strong client-facing skills and business acumen. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
