Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the abattoirs products to target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service distributors. Identify new sales opportunities and business channels to expand market reach. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and pricing strategies. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on sales results. Organize and attend trade shows, events, and meetings with clients to build brand awareness and increase sales. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients needs are met promptly and professionally. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food, meat, or agriculture industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales, including market segmentation and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of the meat industry, food safety regulations, and industry standards is a plus. Ability to travel and attend events as needed.
