Planner

Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics and/or warehousing Shipping and terminal operations experience / knowledge Experience of perishable and general cargo protocols Willing to work after hours, including weekends and public holidays (as and when required) Exposure to shipping and planning environment Planning, organizational, project management and analytical skills Excellent Communication skills and Customer focused Responsibilities: Planning duties at Terminal level Planning, organizing, and controlling loading or discharge for vessel or other transport modes Planning and preparing vessel loading & discharge operations Liaising directly with customers Working within vessel & terminal planning procedures and protocols Warehouse & Floor Planning Ensure effective vessel planning, and stock management for loading and discharge operations Responsible for all documentation / administration PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
