Role Description: Acts as a representative of the company and positively impacts customer experience Researches and identifies caller's needs and connects them to the correct department Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships during communication with potential customers Enters information into the company database to research and locate customer policy information Performs other duties as assigned.
