SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Configuration

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO solutions to meet our clients' business requirements. You will leverage your deep understanding of finance and controlling processes to deliver effective and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful SAP FICO : SAP FICO Configuration and Implementation : - Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (FI - Financial Accounting and CO - Controlling) to meet business requirements. - Implement and support various FICO functionalities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). - Develop and maintain functional specifications and technical documentation. - Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance. Business Process Analysis and Design : - Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design and implement SAP FICO solutions to optimize financial and controlling processes. - Conduct workshops and gather requirements from business users. - Develop and document business process flows. Data Migration and Integration : - Plan and execute data migration activities for SAP FICO implementations. - Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules. - Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems. - Ensure data integrity and consistency. User Training and Support : - Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities. - Develop user manuals and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues and errors. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems. Project Management : - Manage SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - Manage project risks and issues. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Continuous Learning : - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO technologies and best practices. - Research and evaluate new SAP FICO tools and techniques. - Participate in training and professional development activities. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : - 6 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. - Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules. - Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes. - Experience with data migration and integration. - Experience with project management. Technical Skills : - Expert knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization. - Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts. - Experience with SAP FICO implementation methodologies. - Knowledge of ABAP programming (a plus). - Experience with SAP S/4HANA (a plus). - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
