Our client based in George is looking for a Temp Receptionist/Administrator to join their team Responsibilities (but not limited to): Answering of the phone and scheduling appointments Taking down messages and managing emails Dealing with payments Working with medical aid claims, private accounts, and accounts Welcoming patients Stock control Requirements: Grade 12 (with Mathematics/Accounting essential) Available Monday - Friday and every second Saturday Computer literate Well-spoken and presentable Prior experience in a medical reception / administrative position would be advantageous Good verbal and written communication skills Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
