Job Description

A leading wholesale supplier catering to industries such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and agriculture is looking to employ a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through promotion and sales. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects to drive repeat business. Conduct cold calls, site visits, and client meetings to present our rubber product solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. Product Knowledge & Consultation Develop in-depth knowledge of product applications, specifications, and benefits. Provide technical advice to customers, ensuring they select the right rubber products for their needs. Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and production) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Customer Service & Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complaints. Build long-term partnerships with key accounts to maximize sales potential. Market Research & Reporting Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management. Key Requirements Proven sales experience in wholesale or industrial industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license & own vehicle and willingness to travel for client visits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (preferred).
