Sales Manager (Automotive components)

Job Title: Sales / Store Manager Department: Retail (Technical) Purpose: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. Reporting Structure: Reports to the Retail Regional Manager and oversees sales and operational staff. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets. Monitor sales trends and implement strategies for growth. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance goals are met. Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints. Oversee sales processes, stock levels, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular team meetings and provide training and guidance. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Manage administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation. Requirements: Education: Matric (Grade 12); managerial courses advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a retail environment. Skills: Leadership, negotiation, customer service, reporting, and strong MS Office proficiency.
