Financial Management Managing budgets, pricing drinks, tracking sales, and ensuring profitability. Compliance & Safety Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and liquor laws and maintaining cleanliness. Menu Planning Developing drink menus, introducing new cocktails, and optimizing pricing. Promotions & Marketing Organizing events, happy hours, and special promotions to attract customers. Equipment Maintenance Ensuring bar equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
