Your Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration : Work closely with clients to understand their archiving needs and implement SAP OpenText Archiving solutions that meet business requirements. Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP OpenText Archiving systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Integration : Integrate SAP OpenText Archiving with existing SAP modules. Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and user manuals. Training & Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the SAP OpenText Archiving solutions.(Based on requirements) Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest SAP OpenText features and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions. Your Profile: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Archiving. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of SAP OpenText Archiving and Document Management solutions. Experience with SAP Archivelink and other relevant SAP modules. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments is a plus. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Languages : Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantage.
