CRM Architect - MS Dynamics 365

Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Educational Qualification : - BE/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science. Experience Requirements : - 10 years of experience in D365 CE as a CE/CRM Technical Architect. - Experience with at least 2 to 3 complete project life cycles in Dynamics CRM/CE. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : - Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) platform. - Ensure solutions meet business requirements, follow industry best practices, and are scalable for future growth. Technical Leadership : - Act as a technical leader and mentor to the development team, guiding on coding standards, solution architecture, and best practices. Integration & Data Migration : - Develop integration strategies between D365 CE and other internal/external systems. - Design and implement data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems. Data Modeling : - Design and implement data models, entities, attributes, and relationships in D365 CE. - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and optimal system performance. Security & Compliance : - Define and implement security models and access control strategies. - Ensure solutions comply with relevant security and data privacy standards. Business Process Knowledge : - Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations. Customization & Configuration : - Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Expertise in D365 CE tools like workflows, dialogs, plugins, and client extensions. Technologies : - Expertise in technologies like HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, JavaScript. - Proficiency in ASP.NET with C# (MVC, Web API), OO analysis, and design in SDLC environments. Reports & Analytics : - Good understanding of SSRS and creating CRM reports. - Experience working with Power BI for reporting and data visualization. Key Skills : - Expertise in the CRM platform (scripting, plugins, workflows, SDK). - Strong data migration, modeling, and integration experience. - Excellent functional knowledge across all CRM modules. - Strong knowledge of business processes and workflows in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations. - Proficiency with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Strong understanding of ASP.NET development using C#. - Experience with SSRS and CRM : - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Certifications (required).
