Job Description : Responsibilities : - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). - Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. - Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies. - Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - Utilize agile or waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project needs. - Collaborate closely with engineering, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. - Facilitate technical discussions and resolve technical roadblocks. - Manage dependencies between technical teams and ensure timely delivery of components. - Work with version control systems such as Git. - Understand and manage cloud based deployments and infrastructure. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals. - Present project updates and reports to stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. - Document project processes and best practices. - Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and standards. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. - Coordinate testing and validation activities. - Manage change requests and ensure proper Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-focused environment. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Basic understanding of database systems and API's. - Experience with ticketing systems such as service now. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Skills : - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner). - Experience with specific technologies relevant to our industry (cloud computing, data analytics, web development). - Experience with scripting languages such as python. - Experience with containerization technologies such as docker and kubernetes.
