Creant Technologies - Azure Data Engineer - ETL

About the Role : We are urgently looking for an experienced and skilled Azure Data Engineer to join our team at Creant for a contract-based position in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analytics and data warehouse solutions using Azure Data Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams to ensure efficient data integration, transformation, and availability. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement data warehouse and data analytics solutions leveraging Azure Data Platform. - Create and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Bricks. - Work extensively with Azure AppInsights, Dataverse, and PowerCAT Tools to ensure efficient data processing and integration. - Implement and manage data storage solutions using Azure SQL Database and other Azure data services. - Design and develop Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps for data processing, orchestration, and automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. - Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data consistency across systems. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and security. - Prepare technical documentation and support project handover to operations teams. Technical Skills Required : Primary Skills : - Strong experience as a Data Engineer with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. - Expertise in Azure Data Engineering services, specifically: - Azure AppInsights - Dataverse - PowerCAT Tools - Azure Data Factory (ADF) - Azure Data Bricks - Azure SQL Database - Azure Function Apps - Azure Logic Apps - Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data migration. - Solid understanding of Data Warehouse Architecture and data modeling principles. - Experience in working on large-scale data platforms and handling complex data workflows. - Familiarity with Azure Analytics Services and related data tools. - Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or Scala for data manipulation and processing. Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Cosmos DB, and Azure Monitor. - Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance aspects. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (ref:hirist.tech)
