Job description Job Title : IT Support Engineer L2 Experience : 2 to 5 years Job Location : Worli Mumbai Key Responsibilities : - Manage and troubleshoot servers, firewalls (open source/device-based), G-Suite/O365, wireless networks, and network security. - Assist in maintaining IT asset and software inventory. - Perform Active Directory user administration, password resets, and unlocks. - Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, and server infrastructure. - Conduct data backup operations and ensure system availability with minimal downtime. - Handle helpdesk and ticketing management. - Troubleshoot and maintain external computer peripherals, including printers, switches, projectors, mobile devices, and video conferencing tools like Zoom/Teams. - Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN. - Implement and administer endpoint security, DLP, and drive encryption. - Install and configure operating systems, including Server 2008/2012R2/2018, Windows 10, and Mac OS. - Manage firewalls : Installation, configuration, VPN setup, link failover, and load balancing. - Perform network cabling, routing, VLAN configuration, and security patch deployment. - Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software support. - Hands-on experience with O365, G-Suite, and Apple Mac devices (ref:hirist.tech)
