Quality Assurance Engineer - UI/UX Testing

Job Title : QA Engineer. Experience: 6 Years. Location : Pune, Kharadi. Job Description / Responsibilities : - Working closely within the user experience team to design, implement, and execute both exploratory and automated tests to ensure UI/UX components meets quality standards. - Conduct testing for product prior to product launch/releases to ensure product fulfils system requirements and is robust for use. - Own all stages of the testing phases for assigned product(s). - Review and look at UI / UX components and verify if they are working properly. - Involvement in the full software life cycle including Analysis, Build, Testing, Integration, Release and Support activities. - Work in an international environment collaborating with global agile development teams. - Should guide juniors testers in a team. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years technical hands on proven experience in a quality assurance role. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. - Experience in frontend testing and design. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, test types, and processes. - Experience with scripting and with one or more automated testing tool - Playwright, Chrome Driver, Storybook etc. - Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. - Have a feeling for design with a high attention to detail. - Exceptional ability to work both autonomously and with cross-functional teams to build partnerships and get things done. - Knowledge of chromatic and figma is required. - Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse automation or material handling would be a plus. - Occasional travel may be required - up to 10% (including international). - Very good English skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication within the global team.
