Title and Summary Qualitative and Quantitative Research Specialist New Job Description Overview The Advisors Research Center (ARC) team is looking for a Research Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about research, the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role Perform end-to-end research (Qualitative and quantitative): 1. Do briefing sessions and Scoping research projects 2. Design research instruments: Screeners, questionnaires and moderation guides, among others. 3. Scripting and data processing 4. Moderation of in-depth interviews and focus groups 5. Analysis 6. Charting and reporting 7. Oral presentations All About You • Senior level of qualitative and quantitative research experience • Project Management Expertise • Soft skills related to a Managerial position: Ability to negotiate, strong analytical skills and team work Example The ideal candidate for this position should: • Look at everything through the eyes of the customer and see their need for an easy and profitable life • Have a clear mission that focuses on the attention of the customer’s need above your own • Continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening • Go out of your way to get close to the customer in order to find out what their needs are and how a product or service can help • Look for complementary products or services that can also help the customer • Identify areas where resources fall short of needs and provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions to benefit the team • Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly • Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders • Always look for potential solutions to solve problems Corporate Security Responsibility Every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
