Team Lead SMM

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage a small but ambitious SMM department If you can analyze situations strategically, manage projects, and inspire a team – we want you on board Main responsibilities: Lead a team (2 people): assign tasks, monitor progress, train, and motivate. Develop content strategies, content plans, and articles. Run advertising campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager. Make key project decisions. Assign responsibilities to the creative team. Develop and manage internal projects. Handle and grow clients' social media accounts. Publish content on various platforms. Analyze performance and prepare reports. What we expect from you: A university degree in Marketing, PR, Management, or a related field (or relevant work experience). At least 2–3 years of experience in SMM/digital marketing, including project or team management. Proven success in promoting brands/companies online. Strong knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content planning and posting. Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus. Background in international projects and solid English skills is desirable.
