We bring our purpose to life via three shared values: We walk the talk, turn over every stone and keep it human.Job DescriptionJoin the 6PR team and be at the heart of the action As a part time Receptionist & Admin Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and partners, bringing energy, organisation, and a warm welcome to Perth’s leading talk radio station. You’ll work closely with Promotions, Content, and Office Support to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.Day to day you will: Be the face of 6PR, answering calls, greeting guests, and managing couriers.Oversee office essentials including stationery, catering, mail, and supplies.Handle prize distribution, ensuring winners receive their rewards.Manage building issues, from security fobs to reporting faults.Provide general admin support, keeping operations seamless and efficient.QualificationsWhat we would like to see: Exceptional communication skills, clear, professional, and engaging.Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced media environment.Strong relationship-building skills, engaging confidently with media, stakeholders, and partners.Organisational prowess with sharp attention to detail.Previous experience in a similar role or office environment.Experience working in radio is advantageous If you're a people person with top-tier admin skills and a passion for media, this is your chance to be part of the dynamic world of talk radio.
