Property Law - Lawyer, Associate

We are working with a leading commercial law firm seeking an Associate for their national Real Estate team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key clients on complex, strategic development projects. You will be involved in high-profile real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, leasing, and sales of commercial, industrial, residential, and retail properties. As an Associate, your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, attending settlements, assisting with negotiations, and providing strategic legal project management advice. About You You have 3-6 years of experience in real estate and capital transactions, gained within a private practice environment.
