Salesforce OMS Developer/Lead - Apex/LWC

Job Description : We are looking for an Salesforce OMS Developer / Lead with 5 years of experience who can join within 15-30 days Role : Salesforce OMS Developer / Lead. Experience : 5 Years. Responsibilities : - Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce OMS solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Develop and customize Salesforce OMS functionalities including order capture, fulfillment, inventory management, payment processing, and returns management. - Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management settings, workflows, and rules. - Write clean, well-documented, and efficient Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to integrate with Salesforce OMS. - Integrate Salesforce OMS with other internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Perform thorough testing and quality assurance of developed solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce OMS. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce OMS features and updates. - Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. - As a Lead, mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and guidelines. Required Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Salesforce Order Management System (OMS). - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce OMS solutions. - Deep understanding of Salesforce OMS architecture, data model, and key functionalities. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Salesforce DX, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). - Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations. - Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways). - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills and Experience : - Salesforce Certified Order Management Consultant certification. - Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. - Familiarity with common integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce applications. - Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
