Responsibilities : - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Blue Yonder OMS "Commits" module, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends. - Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs related to order promising and inventory management. - Translate market requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements. - Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI designers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Blue Yonder OMS architecture, data models, and integration capabilities. - Drive the integration strategy for the Commits module with other enterprise systems, including ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and various logistics platforms. - Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Commits product roadmap. - Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. - Act as a subject matter expert for the Blue Yonder OMS Commits module, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external clients. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in order management, supply chain technology, and the Blue Yonder product suite. - Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Contribute to the development of product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies. - Qualifications : Required Skills & Experience : - Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the domain of Order Management Systems (OMS), with a strong and demonstrable focus on the Blue Yonder OMS platform and its "Commits" module. - Deep and thorough understanding of order promising concepts, real-time inventory management principles, and fulfillment optimization strategies. - Hands-on experience with various OMS integration methodologies and technologies, specifically with integrating to ERP, WMS, TMS, and other relevant logistics platforms. - Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and performance monitoring. - Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP) and their role in system integrations and data exchange. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues and propose effective solutions. - Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and business stakeholders. - Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Nice to have : - Experience with cloud-based OMS solutions and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models. - Familiarity with the Blue Yonder Luminate platform and its capabilities. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Knowledge of supply chain planning and execution processes. - Understanding of agile development methodologies. - Experience working in a remote work environment.
