Spa Therapist

This role involves providing a range of spa treatments in a safe and relaxing environment while addressing guests' inquiries, needs, and expectations to deliver exceptional service. Candidate Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across the spa portfolio. Deliver various spa treatments, including body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and micro-needling. Address guests' queries, needs, and expectations effectively. Promote retail products and additional services to enhance the guest experience. Stay knowledgeable about spa therapies and retail offerings. Maintain and ensure proper functionality of equipment. Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Create fresh, clean, and attractive displays. Guarantee an exceptional experience for guests, providing treatments up to Delaire standards. Candidate Requirements: A relevant qualification in aesthetics (e.g., Masters Diploma in Aesthetician, ITEC, CIDESCO, or SAAHSP). At least 5 years of experience as a spa therapist. Proficient in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, holistic treatments, and advanced body therapies. Passionate about wellness and healing. Fluent in English. Basic computer skills. Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a live-out position
