Join SHEIN and be the future ABOUT THE ROLE: SHEIN's Brand Experience area is responsible for all the brand's offline activations and sponsorships, creating innovative experiences that bring SHEIN closer to its public in a tangible and memorable way. Among its main deliveries are the pop-up stores, one of the brand's biggest successes in Brazil and around the world. The SHEIN pop-up concept goes beyond a temporary store; they are true hubs of experience, where fashion, interactivity, and technology meet. Each edition is carefully planned to reflect the brand's identity, featuring a varied product mix, instagrammable spaces, and exclusive activations that create a unique connection with consumers. As well as providing direct access to SHEIN products, the pop-ups are designed to strengthen relationships with the local public, highlighting cultural elements and regional trends. All of this is in line with SHEIN's commitment to offering fashion that is accessible, diverse, and connected to its consumers' lifestyles. Main responsibilities: Management of pop-up stores and events: Plan, execute, and manage the operation of temporary stores and other offline events with SHEIN brand activation, ensuring that activities have an impact and strengthen the brand according to the KPIs pursued. Coordinate partner suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Manage, monitor, and negotiate offline media, including channel selection and out-of-home media, delivering campaign effectiveness. Work in partnership with the social media team, ensuring a unified strategy that promotes the customer journey on our platform. Project management and execution: Manage the area's projects so that all stakeholders are directed towards the same strategy. Exhibit an autonomous profile and ownership in project management, defining strategy, execution, and measuring results. Data analysis: Possess an analytical profile for evaluating all the area's projects, reach, ROI, brand recognition, customer satisfaction, and target audiences. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. More than five years' experience in offline marketing, preferably in the fashion, retail, or marketplace sector. Experience in managing and executing physical events.
