FACILITIES COORDINATOR TEMPORARY TORONTO, ON Do you have experience in facilities maintenance? Do you have incredible client service skills and a “no job to big” attitude? Company Perks and Rewards Competitive Pay Rate ($28/hr) Great, accessible downtown locations Fantastic team of driven individuals Excellent opportunity to polish your skill Potential for a permanent position The Job Monitoring and responding to vendor inquiries, processing activity permits, and coordinating with the security team to ensure seamless access and compliance. Managing vendor and contract coordination, including scheduling for installations, deliveries, and on-site work. Facilitating interactions between tenants, vendors, and building staff to maintain efficient operations and high-quality service. Ensuring all vendor requests are processed within a strict 24-hour turnaround time to meet operational demands. Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions, as some tenants invest millions in rental space and expect exceptional service. What you bring to the job: The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing and confident. You also come with the following: 2-3 years of facilities experience, preferably from a professional services firm Strong initiative, practical problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Detail oriented and takes pride in their work Excellent communication and client service skills Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as within a team Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Shannan Willoughby.
