Key Responsibilities: Oversee the inbound and outbound management processes during the day shift, ensuring all tasks are completed within the required timeframe. Manage and ensure efficient handling of returns, guaranteeing that the returns process is swift and accurate. Collaborate closely with the customer service department to resolve any issues with abnormal orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate and lead the warehouse team, ensuring each team member’s tasks are completed on schedule. Participate in daily inventory management activities, ensuring inventory data accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. Requirements: Extensive experience in warehouse management, with the ability to quickly adapt to workflow and improve team efficiency. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle order issues and returns promptly. Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in managing inventory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints.
