Job Description: Manage employee relations, talent inventory, and local recruitment. Handle attendance statistics and coordinate with external payroll companies. Communicate with Wanhua/BC HR to align and promote corporate culture. Collect training needs and report to Wanhua/BC HR for support. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business goals. Oversee recruitment, training, employee development, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide HR guidance to managers. Serve as the interface to employee representatives and work council. Monitor employee engagement and retention. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in the chemical or related industry. Fluency in English and strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR management software and tools. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements. Ability to manage employee relations and performance management processes. High adaptability to changing business and workforce needs. Experience in dealing with work council and employee representation topics. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and retention. Proven ability to manage and develop HR staff.
