Position: Supply Chain & Logistics Manager Location: Lyon, France Salary: €60-70,000 bonus benefits Supply Chain Manager | Fast-Paced Environment | High-Growth Business | Automotive Industry Are you ready to take the lead in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment? We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our client's European organisation in Lyon. The company is making acquisitions across Europe to strengthen their premium position within a subsector of the Automotive industry. They are looking to sustain the double-digit growth they are currently seeing and need to externally recruit a Supply Chain Manager for their growing business in France, leading a growing team of 3-5 people. France is a key growth market for our client, and this is a key role in their expanding French operations, reporting directly to the CEO France with a dotted line to the Head of Supply Chain Europe . Your Responsibilities: End-to-End Supply Chain Management – Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and product availability. 3PL Management – Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficiency and cost control. Logistics Performance & Cost Optimization – Drive operational excellence and cost-effective solutions. Warehouse Expansion & Leadership – Play a key role in scaling and structuring the warehouse to support business growth and lead a small Supply Chain team. Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to align strategies and best practices. Your Profile: ✔ Experienced – 5 years in supply chain/logistics within the automotive sector . ✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to optimize processes, manage costs, and drive efficiency. ✔ Project Management Expertise – Experience in expanding warehouse operations is a plus, as well as experience in a business where manufacturing is not on-site. ✔ Stakeholder & People Management – Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and continuously align with Sales and Customer Service and personnel management experience to lead a small team. ✔ Fluent in French & English – Essential for working within a local yet global organization.
