Christian Louboutin Title: Production and Procurement Coordinator Business Division: IMAGE, Global Communications Reporting to: Creative Image Operations Director Job Summary The Production and Procurement Coordinator will coordinate procurement and production processes to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Global Merchandising, CRM, Architecture, Regions, Logistics, and Finance. The focus areas include Marketing Tools (gifting, packaging), Printing (Collateral), and VM tools (POS material). Key Responsibilities Project & Production Coordination • Receive briefs and collaborate with internal teams on projects • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders • Manage and oversee production for selected packaging, collateral, gifting and VM-tools • Coordinate order collection and consolidation • Placing orders for productions • Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any production issues • Coordinate re-orders of on-stock items Procurement • Source new suppliers • Launch tenders & negotiate with suppliers • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards Invoicing & Logistics • Coordinate and organize shipments and deliveries • Monitor and manage invoices for project • Coordinate re-invoicing of projects • Ensure any items going into the central warehouse follow the right process • Manage the internal ordering platform and its catalogue Documentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate records of all procurement and production activities • Prepare and present reports on project status, supplier performance, budget utilization and forecasting. • CSR reporting Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in procurement and production coordination, preferably in lifestyle or luxury goods industry • First experience with international procurement, supplier management and logistics • Good negotiation and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Good level Excel • Interest in creative field • Fluent French and English is a must À compétence égale, priorité aux bénéficiaires de l'obligation d'emploi.
