Product & Engineering Operations Manager

Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing bootstrapped AI SaaS startup as our Product & Engineering Operations Manager . You will work directly with leadership, product, and engineering teams to build the operational backbone of our company, focusing on processes, priorities, and delivery . We are looking for someone who can bring structure and rhythm to product and engineering , help set the right priorities based on the company vision , and create and improve processes that drive high performance , all while keeping the speed and pragmatism of a startup environment. If you enjoy building things from scratch, driving execution, and collaborating closely with technical teams, this is the perfect role. Responsibilities • Design and implement product and engineering processes that enable smooth collaboration and fast delivery, • Set up and run production rhythms like standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery reviews, • Work with leadership to translate company vision into product and engineering priorities , • Take ownership of execution and delivery , making sure teams stay aligned and focused, • Build and maintain clear roadmaps, priorities, and delivery schedules together with product and tech leads, • Identify risks and blockers early and proactively solve problems to keep teams moving , • Help shape the team structure and roles as we grow, including hiring and onboarding best practices, • Ensure excellent communication and alignment between product, engineering, and leadership. Qualifications • Experience in project, program, product operations, or engineering management roles in SaaS, AI, or tech startups, • Strong ability to build and scale processes from scratch in fast-paced environments, • Excellent organizational and communication skills , with a talent for keeping teams aligned and on track, • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams , with a solid understanding of technical conversations, • Ability to balance structure and flexibility , staying pragmatic and focused on outcomes without adding bureaucracy, • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments , and is comfortable working independently, • Bonus if you have experience in AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or retail tech .
