In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments, coach and develop your team, and play a key role in optimizing productivity and quality. You’ll also oversee staffing, time registration, and ensure smooth operational execution. If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership career and be part of a dynamic and growing company, apply today What you do on a typical day: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned department, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. Make day-to-day operational decisions to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Plan and allocate resources effectively, managing absenteeism and coordinating with customer service and transport departments. Lead and manage a team of Coordinators and Warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and team development. What do you need to succeed at GXO You have previous experience in a managerial or leading position, within a logistics environment ideally You have strong communication skills in English and Polish You possess analytical skills You have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and are a self-starter You have a good knowledge of MS Office suite and WMS functionality.
