Job Description Are you passionate about gaming technology and ready to drive the future of ASUS gaming peripherals in Benelux? As a Country Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy, growth, and execution of our Gaming Peripherals, Power Supplies, and CPU Coolers portfolio — shaping the gaming experience for thousands of customers. This role is a critical link between product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring ASUS remains at the forefront of the gaming market. Key responsibilities Strategy & Planning: • Develop and execute product growth strategies aligned with annual and quarterly targets and company key objectives. • Identify new market opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and industry trend research. • Manage price lists, promotional budgets, and financial forecasts for assigned product lines. Product Lifecycle Management: • Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and end-of-life transitions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define pricing and promotional strategies that enhance product competitiveness through value-add initiatives. • Ensure consistent product governance through regular performance reviews and reporting. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: • Perform in-depth competitive analysis, covering both technical and non-technical aspects of the market. • Deeply understand the competitive landscape and ASUS's product positioning. • Provide sales forecasts, demand projections, and profitability analysis to support decision-making. • Report sales and marketing performance for weekly meetings and present full product performance to management on a quarterly basis (QBR). • Report sell-in and sell-out results for managed accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Sales Enablement & Partner Collaboration: • Manage distribution partners and set up forecasting planning. • Deliver product training to internal teams and external partners. • Support sales teams with customer visits, product presentations, and industry events. Go-To-Market Execution: • Liaise with HQ and local marketing teams to ensure key messaging is delivered effectively. • Develop demand generation plans in partnership with marketing teams and third-party vendors. • Act as a product ambassador, delivering compelling product presentations to executive-level stakeholders. Required Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in Product Management or Business Development within the technology sector. • Deep understanding of the PC gaming landscape and technology market. • Strong knowledge of Retail, Etail, and System Integration partner operations. • Experience analysing complex data sets to identify market trends and customer behaviors. • Background in international companies is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives. • Excellent understanding of business strategies and market segmentation. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and data analysis systems. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI is preferred. • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. • Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities. • Energetic, self-organized, and result-driven with a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across different organizational levels. • Valid driving license required.
