Then this might be the role for you Job Description As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the processes and activities within the Customer Service & Repair departments. You will play a key role in improving efficiency by providing data-driven insights and process improvements. You will be part of the Customer Service & Repair team at the European headquarters in Capelle aan den IJssel. Your responsibilities include: Collecting and analyzing data from our Customer Service & Repair department related to customer interactions, repairs, and service performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement; Creating clear reports and presentations for various stakeholders within the organization, including (senior) management, team leaders, and operational teams; Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; Collaborating closely with the Operations, Customer Service, Repair, IT, and other relevant teams to achieve shared goals; Supporting the organization in implementing new processes, tools, or systems. With a strong focus on innovation, the company provides cutting-edge technologies that support medical professionals in diagnosing and treating various eye diseases, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetes-related conditions. The European headquarters is located in Capelle aan den IJssel. Who Are We Looking For? You have a proven track record in a similar role and meet the following qualifications: A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an operational technical environment; Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools are essential (Excel and Power BI); Solid knowledge of and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP); Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch (preferred) and English, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively cooperating with various departments.
